Endrit Peci joins our technical sales team

Endrit Peci, 27 years old, successfully completed his training as a construction mechanic before going on to qualify as a state-certified technician at the technical vocational college. He joined our technical sales team in August 2024, focusing on dealing with complex special tool enquiries.

What is your area of responsibility?

My area of responsibility includes the complete processing of enquiries for special tools - from the idea, design and submission of quotations through to functional tests using test bends and measurements. Of course, I am also available as a contact person for customers with questions or requests for changes to the respective projects.

What do you like best at UKB?

Definitely the direct involvement in the team. I was already able to take on a complete project independently in the first few weeks.

What do you look forward to when you go to work in the morning?

I look forward to my wide range of tasks at UKB. Here I can accompany the products from the first draft to delivery - in other words, from planning to constructive completion - which is very important to me. I find it much more interesting to experience the entire product creation and development process from start to finish than to work on just one aspect at a time. That's why I'm already looking forward to seeing our products in use by customers later on.

Can you tell us something about your first project?

We designed a special tool for bending Ø 30mm round steel. After the test bends, we filmed the tool in collaboration with the marketing department.
