When it comes to 5-axis milling machines, UKB relies on the high-performance machining centres of the ACURA series from Hedelius.  Equipped with the latest technology, it is the perfect choice for the series production of our press brake tools, as well as the production of individual parts and various batch sizes. Multi-sided workpiece processing and a rotary-swivel table mounted on both sides guarantee high-precision machining performance. This not only makes complex special tools possible, but also guarantees reliable and fast production. 

Furthermore, with the robot arm mounted on the side of the machine, including the product loading module, it not only makes work easier for the operator, but also continues to work 24/7 thanks to fully programmable machining processes. This triples the number of spindle hours without additional personnel. In this way, UKB is moving towards digital production and we are constantly optimising our manufacturing processes and production sequences. We are well equipped for the future.
